-ライセンス表示（ML提案前）

Mayaのコードで、ライセンスは以下のように表示してみています。試行錯誤中です。

要は、EclipseとApacheのライセンス表記をまねて、本文を外だしにしました。もうちょっと考えてから、MLに提案したいと思います。
